What Is The Cause And Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain?

about a week ago i had severe abdominal pain, i went to the doctors they werent sure if this was appendicitis or an infection. the doctor told me if these pills dont help you come back on monday, anyway the abdominal pain had stopped about three days ago and now im experincing nausea everyday what could this be?

HI.
Even appendicitis is also an infection of intestine. Anyway the good part is your pain has subsided. The nausea may be due to medicines/ recovering from infection. If there is no fever, vomiting, loose motions or any other abdominal symptoms, this is a good sign and you may please go for an ultrasonography or CT scan of abdomen to see any organic problem. In case of appendicitis you have an option to go for surgery after 6 weeks of treatment.
Continue the treatment for a full course.
