What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pimple?

I had a could sore a few weeks ago and when it cleared up i have a white spot its light about the size of a #2pencil eraser know last night i pinched it and clear fluid came out and light red today there is another red spot at edge of white spot and it looks like a pimpel

Hi,

You seem to have herpes simplex labialis. The pimple like red lesion may be the new lesion of herpes. The white spots are the healed lesions of herpes. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Antiviral drug like acyclovir 400 mg thrice a day till you get get good result. The disease has tendency to relapse, if your immunity is reduced. For that, take immunomodulator like levamesole 100 mg daily at night for long time. Apply antiviral cream like acyclovir cream. Till the lesion subsides. I hope got my answer.
