What Is The Cause And Treatment For Knee Pain?

Hi yes I i have had a pain in the knee for a couple years now and it has gotten worse when I bend or support something heavy on my right knee I feel a sharp pain. Me knee shakes , clicks has sometimes buckled and given out. Thought it was a soreness but has been bothering me for a long time.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some osteoartheritis changes in knee joint giving rise this problem.
There is possibility of formation of osteophytes producing clicking sound and locking of joint.
Go for x-ray knee joint for having this problem.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Patellar exercises will give you remarkable recovery.
Avoid squatting position or bending from the joint.
