What Is The Cause And Treatment For Itching On The Body?

hello doctor,good day.i have been having itching on some parts of my skin since i relocated from my home country{NIGERIA}.I am in Dallas now,it made me stop using my regular body cream and i started using hydrocortisone cream as a bodycream yet to no avail,this has persisted since last two months.what could be the cause and what could I do to stop it?

It can be due to scabies for which use calamine lotion for local application on whole body at night after taking bath with hot water along with cetrizine or avil for itching. Take tab bandy-plus one stat at night and one after 7 days. Take some multivitamins like zevit or neurobian-forte.
