What Is The Cause And Treatment For Heaviness In Abdomen And Blood In Urine As Hysterectomy Patient?

I am 39 yrs old. I had full Hysterectomy 3 yrs ago. I have to urinate very often . Also feel heaviness in lower abdominal area. Do not hav uti had little blood in urine. No kidney stones. Doctor said hav inflamed lymph node in stomach area. Way could b causing this?

This condition can be due to urinary tract infection so urine routine investigation will be required along with ultrasound examination of whole abdomen.
