You have mentioned that you feel sad, irritated, worthless, hopeless and guilty. There is inability to concentrate and you want to cry all the time.

depression.
There are certain Do's and Dont's which you should follow:
DO's:
Stay focussed on you tasks. Set priorities in life.
Practice
relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga etc.
Spend quality time with your near and dear ones.
Enagage in activities like cooking, reading, writing etc.
Listen to music and watch movies.
Become involved in community events.
Keep a regular eating and sleeping schedule.
DONT's:
Get aggressive and loose temper.
Drink alcohol or smoke.
Become a workaholic.
Keep expectations from others.
Stay isolated and numb.
Other than this, there are antidepressant drugs which can help you in elevating your mood like escitalopram,
sertraline.
You can also visit a
psychiatrist for
psychotherapy sessions.
