What Is The Cause And Treatment For Anal Fissure?

I am 26 year old female.I was having constipation a year before and it caused some cut inside anus. the wound caused little pain . It used to go after a week or two..but reappears frequently, when i have constipation. It is not heeling completely. Now the problem is that, i can feel a bump inside my anus a half inch inside the opening. I am really worried about it. I dont have pain or bleeding.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, long standing constipation likely to cause the anal fissures, piles, and even infection so the first priority is to relieve the constipation and for that drink plenty off water, have fiber containing diet, keep regular habit for defecation, do not exert the force at the time of defection does not matter if you do not pass the stool, for stool softening purpose Isabgol powder can be used just two tea spoon at bed time, hope this information helps.
