Actually this sounds more like oral lichen planus
(erosive). This would be particularly likely if you are on any long-term medication like a beta-blocker
Consider your medications. Any long-term medication can give you this but bets-blockers are particularly culpable. If it is oral lichen planus you may need to go on steroids
for a while. You may need to consult a specialist oral physician and have biopsies taken.
