General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. I am sorry for the situation you are in.

BPH is commonly associated with uro-genital infection. Your symptoms indicate uro-genital infection. Further tests are needed to run final conclusions:
- urine analysis
- urine culture and sensitivity testing
- uro-genital echo

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment would be prescribed. You might need antibiotics.

I advise to:
- drink plenty of water
- take herbal tea supplementation for prostate and urinary tract

Wish fast recovery!
