General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

From what you refer I think that you suffer from colonopathy(colitis). The causes are unknown.
But you can change your lifestyle to avoid the symptoms you mentioned above.
I recommend you to follow these precautions:
1- Eliminate milk, coffee, spicy foods and sauces.
2- Eat 5 meals a day.
3- Do horizontal physical exercises like walking and running.

You also need these tests to diagnose right:
1- Abdominal Ultrasound.
2- Fibrogastroscopy.
3- Complete blood count.
4- Liver function test.
5- Urine test.

The results of these tests will determine the right treatment.

Consult your gastroenterologist.

I hope you find these helpful.

I wish you a fast and healthy recovery.
Dr. Behar.
