Since you have visited many Doctors and yet the diagnosis has not been made indicates that it may be an uncommon problem and thus needs proper clinical evaluation, examination clinically helps a lot. Also needed are specific tests as per the clinical evaluation. This may be due to the gastric ulcer causing pain to go to the back. Another problem can be Pancreatitis. Dissecting aortic aneurysm can be a rare cause. Neurological problem like spine compression also can present this way. Hence you will need an MRCP , upper GI Endoscopy and MRI of the back if needed.
