What is the border line for Systolic blood pressure?

i am a 22 year old male and have a Systolic blood pressure of 140 which i believe is borderline and my Diastolic is normal. What can i due to reduce it and be healthy? I play basketball once a week and consider my self athletic

High blood pressure can typically be traced to infection not found in typical lab tests. Also, mineral deficiencies, heavy metal toxicity, toxic liver, and weak kidneys.
