What Is The Black Stuff Accumulation In Enfamil Prosobee Formula?

My 5 month old son is eating enfamil prosobee formula and over the last month to two months we have noticed black spots maybe even a black film that accumulates on the sides of the full bottles. We have thrown all old bottles away and bought new ones and it still happens. What could it be and is it safe for my baby?
