Pediatrician 's  Response
Your child had first convulsion with fever at age 10 months fits the diagnosis of febrile seizure. I presume rest of the fits were without fever or is it along with fever every time? The diagnosis and management change accordingly.
We may say your child is having seizures ,not well controlled with medicines.
Now from diagnosis to medicines ,to doses and need for next generation of medicines- all needs a re-look.
remain assured, convulsions shall get okay without any side effects, with proper medication.
