then have small frequent diet
then have some thing with evening tea..lght
then dinner at late hours

hi asmaa.. welcome to healthcare magic.. thanks for your query.. there are drugs to reduce obesity but none is safe and much effective.. you must better stick to diet regime along with jogging and other physical exercises.. if u didnt get satisfied by these methods then i think there is some underlying pathology like hypothyroidism,addisons disease,pituitary hormone defect, consult an endocrinologist for the same.. i hope this wil be helpful to you..

My daughter is on oxcarbazepine 300mg. she was taking focalin and adderall because of her ADHD. she has a new doctor and she put her on this medication with her focalin she has gained so much weight now and she is becoming so agitated. I have tried to talk to her doctor and because my daughter is of age she does not want to hear what I have to say. I asked her to review her file she had been on the other meds for over ten years and that was the only way she made it through school.
