What Is The Best Way To Overcome Stuffy And Runny Nose Immediately?
Hi I couldn t sleep last night because my nose was blocked even after blowing my nose it would not clear up at all and trying to breathe through my stuffy nose only made my nose start dripping and even now I m tired and stuffed up so please help me by telling me the best natural way to clear up my nose . The symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection. I recommend using a saline nasal spray. I also recommend to use a humidifier at home and drink a lot of liquids.
