hi, i m married ..and planning for a baby..i m in diagnised by a doctor.. they gave me some pill... last two days my stomach is lightly pain.. near the food pipe when i bend down to do work..is any problem... if ovaluation starts means ,, should i be in rest...

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion there is no need of rest during ovulation.You can carry on with your routine duties.Regular intercourse daily might be helpful during the ovulation.The pain on bending might be due to gastritis.Avoid spicy and oily diet.Take bland diet.Antacids might help in decreasing the pain due to gastritis.Most important is avoid stress regarding pregnancy.Relax.Start taking folic acid tablet one for day to ensure proper growth of the fetus starting from conception.
