What Is The Best Treatment For Migraine ?

my mom is 48 yrs old, sufferin frm migraine that is chronic type since 3 yrs, she is under allopathic medication since , but the hav not been of mch help 2 her, causing some amount of dependence n aso side effects, so m lookin for best alternative therapy for such migraine, frequency of attacks is REGULAR or ALTERNATE days with or widout trigggering ffactors P.S she is also in her Pre menopausal stage kindly suggest the best alternative therapy for her and effectiveness of accupuncture in this case

Apart from migraine premanopausal syndrome may be main factor causing headache as there is hormomal imbalance giving rise to this problem.
Consult gynaec and some hormonal treatment may be helpful.
I think accupuncture has least effect treating migraine.
