What Is The Best Treatment For Arthritis In Back And Bulging Disc?

I am trying to find a doctor who isnt afraid to perscribe pain meds i have had therapy mri s n exercises but i have arthritis in my back n a bulging disc. and Its not getting any better it is worse he was giving me perk 7.5 and tramadols to take in between the perks but found out cant take both so now its trams n hes cutting me back on trams cuz its now considered a pain med i work and cant stand this been on pain meds for about 10 years n now hes to afraid to give them to me he knows i need them but hes afraid i just some one thats not afraId to give them. I have been to pain clinics n the doctor i been to was mean rude n treated me like trash so i quite going like its my fault i need pain meds can you please give me a doctor near st. clairesville ohio if there is any

Meanwhile you can follow these measures:
- If the pain is severe, you need bed rest till the pain resolves.
- Get some analgesics prescribed and apply analgesic spray or ointments.
- While resting, keep a pillow under your knees if it doesn't bother you.
- Avoid lifting heavy objects.
- back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises for your hamstrings daily as advised by a Physio.
- avoid exercises in times of pain.
- improvise your posture while sitting.
