Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be relieved by different anti inflammatory drugs. I would recommend trying Migretil tablets. They contain similar agents like Fioricet. From the other hand, if your migraine attacks are really frequent (more than 3 episodes/a month), I would advise you to discuss with your attending physician the possibility of starting a preventive therapy to help reduce the severity and frequency of migraine attacks.
