It is quite accurate in the results when done a few days after missing a period. All other symptoms cannot confirm pregnancy. If your report comes back as positive then you definitely need to visit a gynaecologist who will examine you and advise some medications which will begin the termination. There is no home remedy for abortion which is safe and painless. Even after taking medicines for abortion it is advisable to undergo a Dilation and curettage (D and C) to ensure that all the products of conception are removed. You may need to get admitted for a day in the hospital for the same. If any part remains then there is a chance of severe infection to the patient. All this said maybe you are not pregnant at all.
