What Is The Best Medication For Nasal Congestion, Sore Throat And Bronchitis?

sir i am suffering from severe nasal congestion,sore throat,head ace,difficulties in chest,bronchitis and common cold for two days.I have taken two tablets of Azithral 500 and paracetamol,citricin tablets.please prescribe me sufficint medicine for this.

You can take sinarest instead of cetrizine, that will provide better de congestion. Also nasal locally acting decongestant like nasivion or otrivin can help but should not be taken for more than 5 days
For bronchitis you need yo take steam inhalation. but nebulisation is always preffered.
For that you need to consult chest physician who can properly examine you and prescribe accordingly.
