I m not sure if this is a depression or what. I m always afraid to pick up calls because I have slow reaction in answering over the phone so I feel anxious. whenever phone rings, I feel anxious too. I don t really communicate well with people outside because I will feel nervous and awkward. I don t have confidence in myself. I don t think I m likeable to other people. they dont like to mix with me. I am looking for a job now and I feel so anxious and nervous.
