What is the best cure for type 2 diabetes ?

I have type 2 diabetes 42 yr old female with hemachromatosis, mild heart condition and slightly overweight.I want to avoid medication and try to control the diabetes by diet and excercise alone.Has anyone had sucess doing this if so how did you do it? I have some excercise restrictions due to back surgery but willing to try anything and I do walk a lot anyway. Thanks for any help. to macc I dont believe that actually. I do know of someone who was obese with diabetes type 2 she lost 57kilos and is no longer on tablets.

I am 31 years old and i was diagonised with diabetes 2 1 year ago.. i was first very depressed and tensed knowing how much dangerous disease it is and with this age i lost hope to live my rest of life in a way i wanted to ..but then i took it as challenge and started reading lots of articles and books on Diabetes and remedies that can show wonderful results and that too without medicines. my 1st reading were Bloog sugar 330+, LDL cholestrol was high and HDL was Low, Tryglecerides where 575..HBA1C point was 11... This is horrible reading someone can get at this age that too when he is diagnoised for 1st time..
then once i started doing remedies and experiments on my own which are purely home based and with that little bit of excerise + a strict diet plan where i avoided the DIET which would make sugar High and instead i started taking DIET which would control the sugar in normal count ranging as of normal person.

initially i took the medicines for 1st 3 months just as safe precautions to normalise my disease and not let it go high anymore..somehow it came to certain low level which were manageable.
then after 5-6 months i stopped my medicines completely and just following my own remedy, excerises, diet and experimenting with useful tips ...now result is my report are as follows BLOOG SUGAR PP 145, FASTING-NIL, URINE -NIL .. LDL 85,HDL 45 ,TRYGLECERIDES 170 ,HABIC 6.5

If you want to know more , then let me know your Diagonised details ,. decision will be yours to follow my remedy or not as its your health and choice.

I started off with FBS/PPBS- 129/224
No PILLS. Only home remedies and gradual shift to alkaline diet.
11 weeks after first test i am now at
FBS/PPBS/Random: 60/92/96
HbA1C: 5.0

What do we call this? Reversal? I don't know. But home remedies do work. I am now consuming honey also. Get the fat from waistline off in a gradual manner. Fat is umping ground for all toxins. Switch to alkaline diet .. consume as much "RAW stuff as possible. Salads, fruits, fruit juices home made (BAN all packed food stuff ... ).

hello,
the best non medicinal way to control type II diabetes is weight control because it leads to better insulin uptake and also insulin resistance is also decreased which is a major cause of type II diabetes.
thanks

in type 2 diabetes there is insulin resistance in fat and muscle cells. with treatments like ozone therapy insulin resistance can be decreased, blood circulation improved thus preventing major complications of diabetes like neropathy, peripheral vascular diseases etc.. and maintain the blood glucose levels
