My 45 days old baby weighs 3.2kg .his birth weight is 3.00 kg..By 11 days his weight reduced to 2.6 kg..I m breastfeeding my baby 10 times a day for every one hour..I m worried that he is underweight and he is crying for the whole night ( starting from 6 in te evening till 5 am)not sleeping for more than 15 minutes at night but he sleeps and won t cry during day time. .he sleeps 7 to 8 hours a day..I doubt that he is not getting enough milk but he has 8 to 10 wet diapers and 3 soiled diapers...my paediatrician says everything is normal ..but I m really worried. what s the reason for his underweight ??
