General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Paracetamol can cause gastritis or bloating as side effect. Some side effects can be hereditary and can affect many family members. I would suggest you to take ibuprofen along with proton pump inhibitors or Ranitidine to reduce or prevent side effects.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
