With such presentation in my clinic, I would first concentrate on the following aspects of the case -
1.
(a)- whether the depression and anxiety of the patient have been the natural part of his personality since childhood and now have aggravated...... OR
(b)- depression and anxiety have developed all of a sudden as a result of some mishaps

(a)- No sleep at all.
(b)- start sleeping normally but sleep disturbed at a regular interval of 2 - 21/2 hrs.

Hai,
I appreciate your concern.

You need both internal medication and panchakarma(external therapy) depends upon the severity of your condition.

along with that you need to practice meditation and yoga to get proper solution.

Aswaganda aristam and sarawatha aristam are good choice of medicine for insomnia and anxiety.
however cause for your depression and insomnia should be fixed. ruling out the cause and proper treatment will give you better results.

thank you
hope i answered your query
