Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Agglutination means sperms are attached/stuck to each other. This may happen due to infection or due to antibody formation. Your husband should do semen culture and sensitivity test as also antisperm antibody tests. Both conditions are treatable by antibiotics or steroids respectively. If it fails then intrauterine insemination with husband's washed sperms may be done.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
