hi i would like to know, in the single strand conformation polymorphism technique in case of a homozygous person, how many bands do we saw and in case of het ???? please if there any video or flash file that explain this tech i would like to have it thx soooooo much

This is very lengthy discussion and this is not possible, just brief I am trying to write here, the DNA has got the double strand like spiral ladder and one strand being separated with centrifugal technic with very high speed in acid medium, and then PCR being perfume on this strand which strand is tested is matter of concern and depends upon the attachment of end of molecules, hope this helps.
