What is shortness of breath and how can it be treated ?

hi i am 14 yr old and i run 5 min miles but to day i ran only a warm up lap and i felt like dieing i was short of breath and i couldn t take a deep breath becuse every time i do my heart is like killing me

take an ecg and get it to a cardiologist and follow his advice. this may just be a gas problem. but better to confirm. ok? dont worry you will be fine.
