i am in iraq and just found out that my father had an Ischemic Stroke and wont tell me how bad it is so please tell me what can be the results of this and can it lead to other health problems he is 52 has diabetes heat disease and his doctors are testing for CTE he weighs about 190 and is 5 10

Ischemic stroke can result in weakness of one half of body,loss of speech,loss of vision or balance depending upon size and site of stroke.MRI Brain OR CT scan head report will help me in predicting clinical course of your father.
