(22 years, 75 kg, 1,85m male)Hello,well, I just got a check up and it turned out that I have chlamydia. I already got the treatment against it and also got a cream because I tend to get sweaty around my anus. the cream is just to smoothen the skin. Whilst putting on the cream I thought I will check out how my anus looks. so one thing I'm not sure about, inside the anus at the cavernous body it looks like there is a small "cone" what almost looks like a pimple. now I'm not reallz sure if I should be concerned or if that is just a gland. during my check up I did get an anal swap so I figure they should have seen is.Thanks in advance
