Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
i would like to tell you about the normal values of blood sugar.
blood sugar before food should be below 100 mg/dl
100-126 mg/dl is considered as impaired fasting blood sugar.
blood sugar above 126 mg/dl in fasting is considered as diabetes.

symptoms of diabetes are
1.excessive thirst
2.frequent urination
3.blurred vision
4.non healing wounds
5.loss of weight
since you are having some symptoms it worth going for further evaluation.
i suggest you to visit a doctor and go for some test
1.Fasting blood sugar
2.post parandial blood suagr
3.Hba1c%
this will help you in diagnosis.
regards.
