What Is My Urine Test Report Suggestive Of?

2 and a half weeks ago, I had a urine test and my RBC was 3-10. WBC was 0-5 and mucus threads were present, with no bacteria seen. My Occult blood was 1+ /Abnormal. Prostrate Specific Ag, Serum (Roche ECLIA methodology) was 1.7. Now I’m having shooting pains in scrotum about once a day, or they shoot up into my stomach too. No odd colored urine, or burning or need to urinate frequently. I’m 46, 6feet tall, weight about 180 pounds, have never smoked, drink, or done drugs. Been celibate 2+ years.

Hello,

You may be having cystitis or urinary tract infection or overactive bladder. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Get it done urine microscopy and culture sensitivity.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen and cystoscopy. Get it done Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy. Until complete evaluation is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
