What Is My X Ray Report Suggestive Of?

I have knee pain for two weeks due to accident. Have taken x-ray and MRI. Impression was like moderate lipo haemoarthrosis, midline posterior tibial platue PCL insertion site small avulsion fracture and no gross elevation seen , PCL grade 2 sprain and intact attachment with avulsed fragment. what kind of treatment I should go for

I have gone through your query. Diagnostic arthroscopy might be required in your case. If the avulsion fragment is not stable fixation with screws will be needed. A consultation with orthopaedic surgeon specialized in arthroscopy is well appreciated for this. Keep the knee immobilized in brace till that time.
