What is minimal carotid artery disease?

I recently had a heart health check thru Scottsdale Healthcare in AZ. The report says that I had an abnormal EKG with abnormal sinus rhythm and non specific ST-T changes. I am 42 and have always had normal EKGs. Also, it said that I had minimal carotid artery disease. Should I be concerned?

CONSIDERING YOUR AGE,
MINIMAL DISEASE IN BLOOD VESSELS- THAT IS FAT DEPOSITION IS ACCEPTABLE.
BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CHECK ON YOUR LIPID PROFILE.
IF YOUR LIPID PROFILE IS ABNORMAL , THEN YOU SHOULD BE TREATED FOR IT WITH MEDICINES AS WELL AS LIFE STYLE MODIFICATIONS SUCH AS EXERCISES AND DIET.

FOR YOUR AGE WITH RISK OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES, PROPHYLACTICALLY I WOULD RECOMMEND
TAB. ASPIRIN 75 MG FOR ANTI-COAGULATION
TAB. ATORVASTATIN 10 MG FOR ITS USE FUL EFFECT ON FAT DEPOSITION AND PROTECTIVE EFFECT ON ALREADY FORMED FATTY LAYERS.

SCENARIO IS DIFFERENT IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC.

TAKE CARE
