What Is Medication For Stomach Pain And Hard Stools?

Hello. Ive always had a hard time with my stomach. And lately it's been getting worse. I can hardly go to the bathroom, and when I do it's extremely hard. I couple days ago I tool some laxative and still it's almost impossible to go. What could be wrong?

You can use now enema erplus stool softener and plenty of watto improve contipation
