What Is Meant By Stenosis Of Both Mitral And Tricuspid Valves?

Hi, I had a follow up with my cardio and doc says I have stenosis of both mitral and tricuspid valves ranges of moderate with some regurg. I am only 27 and very active, normal weight, no other issues except complaints of heart palpitations. Doc said I would need my valves replaced at some point in my lifetime. Can they replace 2 heart valves? Should I have any restrictions? Also can breast implants distort echos?
