sudden onset of testicular pain in 66 year old male associated with proteinuria and gross hematuria....ultrasonography showed that suspicion of gall ladder polyps with claculi, lier cysts, prostomegaly with cortical thinning of the kidney....wats the possile diagnonsis

Thanks for writing in.

The primary diagnosis might be prostate enlargement which is causing obstruction to the flow of urine. As the urine is unable to flow out completely, there is backwards flow into the kidneys which is causing deterioration in kidney functioning. These group of problems might be causing the blood in urine and proteinuria, however a cystoscopy might be necessary.

Gall bladder polyps, calculi and liver cysts may not be a serious problem for you at present.
