What Is Meaning Of Minimal To Mild Free Fluid In Pod-pid?

last week I had a ultrasound for full pelvic area and abdomen.i fould out that i have a minimal to mild free fluid in POD-pid?what does it mean and as of now I am delayed for almost 4 days of my period.But I havent sex for two months.

Minimal to mild free fluid in POD may be due to many reasons like pelvic inflammatory disease,during ovulation etc.PID is generally associated with other features like adnexal mass,dilated Fallopian tubes etc.
You need clinical correlation.
Periods may be normally delayed even in ladies who have regular periods.
You should consult your doctor.
