Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to chest X-ray report there is blunting of right CP angle. It may be due to minimal pleural effusion(fluid) or pleural thickening.
It should be confirmed by another chest X-ray taken in right lateral decubitus view.It can differentiate in between effusion and thickening.
However, ultrasound of thorax is the investigation of choice to confirm minimal pleural effusion.
It is not a serious finding at all.
First of all findings should be confirmed and treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
