What Is Meaning Of Intrauterine G-sac Measuring 28.6mm?

Just received my Ultrasound scan result which states "intrauterine G-Sac that measures 28.6mm in diameter = 7weeks 2days gestation. however no fetal pole within the G-Sac, no subchronic hemorrhage, cervix is closed and no free fliud.

Is everything o.k or is there a problem

Sorry to know about the findings.Probably you are suffering from missed abortion.
Fetal pole should have been visualized by this time.
Missed abortion is indicated by non visualization of fetal pole at this age.

You need follow up USG after 10 days.
Proper treatment depend upon follow up USG findings.So,you should wait till next USG.
It is good that there is no subchorionic hemorrhage, cervix is closed and no free fluid.
