General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to healthcare magic forum,
It means there is some amount of blood coming back to the heart abnormally instead of going to circulation, Function of heart is to pump blood to distant organ but every time heart is unable to pump all the blood some amount is coming back, but it is in less quantity so need not to worry but care has to be taken about the problem, you can wait for some time there is no harm in it.As soon as you get appointment consult your doctor, as of now keep yourself fit by regular exercise, yoga, meditation, walking, etc
Regards.
