what is life expectancy after 5 bypasses, 4 stents and heart function of 35%. Heart attack at age 46 and have since gained weight (alot) 5 8 and 225lbs. Do take medication( occasionally miss night dosage about 2 times a week) but do not exercise. still working driving truck. Have been told there was damage to lower portion of heart. Took mammary artery from chest and also veins from left leg. 4 months after CABG , right artery(originally had 2 blockages, 100% about midway and 70% about 3/4 down where the artery curves around bottom of heart) this graph failed and had to go in and put the 4 stents in this one.

This question may have an accurate answer from your treating interventional cardiologist who has assessed you physically and with echo and angio along with other tests like kidney and liver function.it appears to be a tough situation for you but if your cholesterol and other medicines are working well, and you restrain from heavy exertion, over eating of fats and meats lead a moderate life style your invasive implants may work well for mild to moderate activity
