Fossa csf cyst means arachnoid cyst are cerebrospinal fluid covered by arachnoid cells and collagen and may develop in the any fossa of the brain and at the the cranial base.

You have not mentioned the age.
Skull has anterior, middle and posterior fossa. You have not mentioned which fossa.
CSF Cyst, means Cerebro-Spinal Fluid cyst.
CSF is the normal fluid found in the interior of brain and spinal cord. If there is localised collection of CSF due to obstruction in it's flow it swells up and is called CSF cyst.
