What Is Difference Between Duolin LD And Budecort?
Good evening sir! My mother is suffering from pneumonia and spasm. Doctor advised to nebulize her with duolin and budecort. By mistake we nebulized her with dulolin LD and budecort. What is the difference between these and what have we missed by not giving her duolin?

Duolin LD contain levosalbutamol plus ipratropium bromide.
It is bronchodilator drugs and as you have spasm of bronchial muscle it is beneficial.
Along with bronchodilator, to relieve inflammation and rapid improvement budecort which contains steroid is usually prescribed
So you have taken correct respule for nebulization.
If further nebulization needed, than don't take ipratropium only take Duolin and budecort as advised
