What Is Danger Level Of Glycemia?

Hello, I m a 20 year old female med student and in class we did a glucose tolerance test and me glycemia was constantly rising, in reached a peak of 305 mg/dl al 77 min, and al 90 minutes it was 280 (we did not performed further readings), my BMI is 21, and I never drink/smoke, I eat very healthy, except for the sedentary medschool induced life, I consider myself a healthy person. Theres no history of diabetes in my family... the only symptom that I have is that my vision goes a little b it blurry since 3 years if I dont put effort on focusing. .. should I be worried? Thanks in advance

Hello,
Your readings are definitely suspicious of diabetes.
The best is to get fasting and PP sugar levels estimation done.
Fasting level above 126 and PP levels above 200 are suggestive of diabetes.
Blurring of vision can be a symptom of diabetes.
Thanks
