What Is Correct Procedure For Hole In Ear Drum?

Hi! I have to get my wife treated for a hole in the ear drum. Probably she has to go for tympanoplasty. But I would prefer her to go for Endoscopic tympanoplasty. Please suggest me the best doctor for this operation in Delhi. Cost of operation should be reasonable.
