As a healthcare provider I tell my patients that low blood pressure is considered too low whenever it causes problems....like continued episodes of dizziness or even near fainting. The goal of healthy blood pressure is 120/80 or less. Too high blood pressure is defined by numbers. Too low blood pressure is defined by symptoms.
