What Is Causing The Tiredness In The Morning?
I FEEL VERY TIRED IN THE MORNING. I GET VERY MUCH SLEEPY AT NIGHT . I NEVER SMOKE OR DRINKING . MY AGE IS 42 MALE . I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN TRAFFIC WHEN I WAS IN DRIVING MY CAR. MY LAST ECG REPORT NORMAL. NO BLOOD GLUCOSE . NO THYROID PROBLEM . CONTROLLED BP. I ALWAYS FEEL OF DEATH .

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that lot of stress could cause such symptoms some time endocrine dysfunction may be the cause behind this, in my opinion better to keep the stress level low, have a nice day.
